VISION AND MISSION
IPSA is the Professional Body providing recognition to the Secretarial, Administrative and Executive Assistant professions, through certification of Professional Designations. We uphold the credibility of our members through a Professional Code of Conduct, engage in capacity building through Continuous Professional Development, and networking through events and mastermind groups. We are the professional support structure that unifies, promotes, represents and elevates the vital role and contribution of our members in the South African economy.

PROFESSIONAL DESIGNATION
A Professional Designation is a title or status that is verified and conferred by a professional body in recognition of an individual’s expertise and right to practice in a particular occupational field. A Professional Designation provides both recognition and credibility to the role, as knowledge and skills are evaluated against registered standards, workplace competence, and a code of conduct for practitioners.
