CAPE REGIONAL BUSINESS ACHIEVERS AWARDS
Natalie Soine of Table View won the Start-up Category of the Cape Regional Business Achievers Awards.
The winner in the Start-Up Category of the Cape Regional Business Awards for 2005 is Natalie Soiné of Table View, founder and owner of Papillon Training, a successful international training company providing accredited skills development to office professionals who knocked out three other finalists in that category.
Natalie has developed a series of workshops for secretaries and personal assistants, which provide practical, effective solutions to dilemmas facing office staff and managers. Every month one unemployed person attends a course for free. Papillon is a proudly South African company.
Natalie attributes the success of her business to her family, the support system that she has at home, and to her clients who find her training courses to be empowering, practical and user friendly.
The Western Cape Regional Achievers Awards has become a prestigious celebration in the Cape calendar, where remarkable women achievers are rewarded, with the purpose of recognition as well as inspiring others.
The judges had a difficult task, as the women were each remarkable in their own right. After having received 43 nominations in 4 different categories, 14 finalists were chosen. The judges then interviewed each of the finalists and announced the winners at a glittering gala dinner.
